Carpets have been steam cleaned (apparently they didn’t do this before, for some reason?) – and the house has cleared the tests for mold.
I’m relieved and excited – but also still feeling paranoid. We’ll see what happens over the weekend, as we’re going out to look at more houses.
First round of re-inspection testing failed – the mold is still there.
This is… not good.

1lb bag frozen strawberries, partially thawed (I leave them on the counter for an hour or two in the bag)
3/4c powdered/confectioners sugar
3Tbsp vodka
Juice of one lemon (fresh is best)

As soon as you put open boxes and begin to pack your stuff, it expands to 3 times its original size.
Once you close the boxes, you are somewhat amazed, as it returns to normalcy.
